Terrific salesman! I can't say enough about Charles Whaley. He helped me choose a Volvo XC 90 over what was my Cadillac Escalade ESV. Unfortunately, I got a flat tire on the way home a mile from the dealership after my purchase.I called and the service manager Matt Ketchum squared me away with a new tire, and I was on my way home in less than hour.
