I booked an appointment at 8:40 in the morning to have 4 new tires mounted. I expected to wait about an hour. Instead it took almost 3 1/2 hours. If I had been told in advance, or even after I arrived, that new tires mounted. I expected to wait about an hour. Instead it took almost 3 1/2 hours. If I had been told in advance, or even after I arrived, that the wait would be longer than expected, I would have arranged a ride and returned. I called and set an appointment to have windshield resealed and my headliner replaced. At no point when I set the appointment and dropped the car off did anyone from the service department bother to t resealed and my headliner replaced. I live in Naples, FL. Four years ago we drove up to Ferman specifically to get our dream Volvo SUV after being let down by our local dealership. The experience was amazing. Fast forward to today and no Ferman specifically to get our dream Volvo SUV after being let down by our local dealership. The experience was amazing. Fast forward to today and now I want an extended warranty and service plan (no sense trading, we still love it!) After multiple calls to my local dealer went unanswered I decided to call Ferman once again. Charlie couldn’t have been any nicer and handled everything on the spot, no call backs needed. Highly recommend Ferman for anyone in Florida looking for a Volvo. Totally worth the drive and I will not hesitate to go there again when we’re ready to trade in. Wonderful group of people.
