This was my second time purchasing Volvo car from this dealership. Although I live 300 miles away, in Miami Beach, (296 to be precise:) I did not mind driving almost 600 miles yesterday to get another Vol dealership. Although I live 300 miles away, in Miami Beach, (296 to be precise:) I did not mind driving almost 600 miles yesterday to get another Volvo (XC90 this time). Michael Kashtan, who was my sales rep (both times) and Chriss (the location manager) are one of most professional people I had met in my life. They are also very friendly, they make you feel you are part of the family. Michael was (is) the biggest reason I returned to the same location to get another car. This time he also introduced me to Chevy guys (same dealership, Ferman, in the building across the parking lot) since I am buying the 2021 Corvette (if anyone who is reading this has any influence to who will get his Vette first, please help!:) This will be the only people I'll buy my car while I live in Florida. After interacting with all Volvo dealers in the Tampa Bay Area on lowest price for the car I wanted, my experience with Ferman was the best. The car was ordered, and delivered before the date they estimated. The entire process from purchase to delivery was flawless. With exception of actual delivery of the car to us, all interactions were able to be handled by email, which I requested due to the COVID19 pandemic. Overall it's been a great experience. More
