Very happy We drove 2.5 hours (vs. 1 to a closer dealer) to get to Ferman and were very happy we did. They were able to accomplish a lot of work in a short period, figure out a strange battery message that had stumped our local mechanic, and install door locks (recall issue) that arrived at the last minute so we wouldn't have to drive back. :-) More

Josh McCain behind exceeded my expectations and was a great help. We were dealing with alot of dealerships and most were hours away from us and German being one of them but he helped with all questions I great help. Came to the dealer having never driven a Volvo. Michael was great, took the time to explain all the perks of the XC60, and then took me out on a test drive. Needless to say I was hooked!
