Service & Parts Departments: I was greeted by the Service Advisor upon arrival. She was attentive as to the concerns with my vehicle and it was promptly moved into the service bay. This was a sched Service Advisor upon arrival. She was attentive as to the concerns with my vehicle and it was promptly moved into the service bay. This was a scheduled appointment. The Service Advisor was professional, kept me informed of work progression and upon completion, explained the work performed. It was a very positive experience getting my vehicle serviced. On the same visit, I required a replacement part. The gentlemen at the parts counter was also professional and knowledgeable. Obtaining the part was haste free and quick. As a first-time customerI wish to commend the staff for creating such a positive experience. I will return for future service. More
