My son's 2012 XC70 broke down and needed service. My son's car (XC70) took a brain fart, and had to be towed to your location. Initially it had a bad battery that was replaced. But upon the return trip home (Zephyrhills) it started loosing it's mind again, and I called again and Sharon had it towed back on Monday. Further testing showed that the alternator was also bad, and was replaced. The question I'm left with is this, why is the status of the charging system is not monitored, to prevent this . More

Most concerns were addressed quickly, but warm air conditioning needed repair work. They provided an accurate diagnosis of the issue and a clear and comprehensive estimate of the work required. I arranged to leave car a few days later. The work was performed on time and on budget, and now I have cool air going into summer. Well done, Ferman! Also noteworthy is the care taken to avoid the spread of viruses. More

They even washed our car we drive to the dealership (not a car we were buying or selling) to get the love bugs off while we waited for paperw beyond. The Service Advisor was professional, kept me informed of work progression and upon completion, explained the work performed. It was a very positive experience getting my vehicle serviced. On the same visit, I required a replacement part. The gentlemen at the parts counter was also professional and knowledgeable. Obtaining the part was haste free and quick. As a first-time customerI wish to commend the staff for creating such a positive experience. I will return for future service. More
