Hands down, the BEST customer service in the business! My husband and I had exhausted every car dealer from Tampa to Naples before ending up at VOLVO of Tarpon Springs. We test drove the Mercedes GLS, Toyo My husband and I had exhausted every car dealer from Tampa to Naples before ending up at VOLVO of Tarpon Springs. We test drove the Mercedes GLS, Toyota Land Cruiser, Acura MDX, Infinity, and Lexus SUV's before deciding to look at the VOLVO XC90. We test drove one in Sarasota and loved it, but didn't like the dealership. We found one online and decided to drive up to the Tampa VOLVO dealership and ask if they could transport it to their store, but saw that it was closed on Sundays. The Tarpon Springs Dealership was open so we headed up. As we drove, I remembered that this was the same dealership my father had used for 30 years! He always spoke so fondly of them and now I know why! Michael Kashtan greeted us at the door and could not have been more friendly! We told him about the XC90 we found online and he told us he had one there, but in a different color. Without any pressure they met our trade in number and gave us a great deal on a gorgeous XC90! Upon returning to the dealership, we found that the service was taking a little longer than expected because a software update was required. Sharon explained this and it didn't present a problem as the Ferman waiting room was comfortable and well stocked with refreshments - great donuts! Overall, we are impressed with the courtesy and professionalism all of the Ferman Volvo staff displayed, on this visit, as well as our previous visits here. More
