The dealership was extremely helpful and accommodating. Bought 2022 Volvo for 4k oil change The first 3 oil changes were free 4th oil change I had to pay apparently for the 3 free oil changes $940.00!I was charged $510 for 2 hours labor!Thats $250/hr and t changes were free 4th oil change I had to pay apparently for the 3 free oil changes $940.00!I was charged $510 for 2 hours labor!Thats $250/hr and the sad thing about it was I walked into garage after waiting for 1 hour and no one had even touched my car! I feel like I got totally robbed by my dealership! I called the next morning and spoke to the head guy over the service manager and he assured me that he would fix it And agreed I was over charged To this day haven’t seen any $$$. A Volvo policy to screw the new owners on their 40k oil change is unacceptable You need to fix the problem! More
