My sister had purchased a 2025 Alpha Romeo Guilia. She liked the dealership very much and was looking forward to using that car. Unfortunately, she passed away in January. She had purchased two after the market service agreements for the vehicle for almost $4300 total. I’ve been trying to deal with the finance department to get a refund and have met with very limited information from Christine. That is the not so great part. I reached out to the dealer and contacted Ivan who had sold the vehicle to my sister. She said that he was a really nice guy and I have to agree. He was very professional and patient and assisted me when I brought the car in to see if they were interested in purchasing it back. I was introduced to the used sales manager Bob. We sat down and worked out a very fair deal. This process was quick and professional, and I really found the dealership to be a nice experience. They have a great deal of luxury vehicles and I highly recommend you go in to take a look. They are very customer friendly. More
