Another great experience at Ferrari / Maserati of Ft. Lauderdale. Brought my car in for service and had a beautiful loaner car ready for me. While waiting for loaner my wife and I had espresso's in the lobby which is always a nice touch. Also, love that when I come to get my car from service, they have it detailed and ready to go out front at valet. Joe in service always takes great care of me, my original salesman (Filip) recognizes me and says hi every time I'm there, and Dave Weber also deserves mentions as he manages this dealership amazingly from every angle. I had two service episodes in a row very close together. Willaim Mayas handled the first one and Luis Cue handled the second. Both were excellent and it was particularly tough because I was leaving.and Willaim Mayas handled the first one and Luis Cue handled the second. Both were excellent and it was particularly tough because I was leaving.and also had no alternate transportation when I was down there. Everything was handled very well. My only initial complaint was with the Roadside Assistance since both times I got stuck after hours and it was difficult to get a live person to speak to as to how long a wait it would be. Both Luis and William were on the ball with everything and Luis even offered to have the car delivered back to my house! Thank you for their great service! More
