I was not happy with the way my 2020 Portofino was shifting gears. Ferrari of FLL sent a flatbed to get my car. He is extremely courteous, and helpful, a real asset for Ferrari of Fort Lauderdale. I think he is the Service Manager, and if he isn't, he should be promoted to that position. I have always been happy with the service at this dealership. More
