I always feel confident that Maserati of Fort Lauderdale takes care of my vehicle services..but having an excellent experience starts with your advisor..costumer care is extremely important because it repre takes care of my vehicle services..but having an excellent experience starts with your advisor..costumer care is extremely important because it represents Maserati itself.. a rude or not caring service advisor can destroy a relationship between customer and dealership.. I have had to interact with 3 or 4 different advisors since I have been getting services, but I must say that William excells over everyone else I have dealt with in the past, by miles!! He gets a 10+ always in my.books... he listens, has attention to detail, and gets my concerns addressed every single time! I have had the worse and the best customer care ever at this dealership, William is the best! More
