I raised a question about their finance department and it was resolved within two days. Our sister purchased a 2025 Alfa Romeo Giulia in November 2025. Unfortunately, she passed away in January and I had to sell it. I contacted Ivan who was the salesman. He was extremely helpful and patient and very professional. I brought the car in for them to evaluate and I was introduced to Robert in the used vehicle department. We discussed the car and settled on a very fair price. I found the dealership to be honorable and pleasant to work. An issue arose with the Finance Department. She had purchased two Contracts for after purchased care, one was a three-year Premium Maintenance Contract and the second was an Elite Care Plus for a total of almost $3,400 plus tax. Other than dealing with the Finance Department, everyone at the dealership was extremely nice and professional. They have a great cafe that helps pass the time with a very pleasant server. They also have a great inventory of used and new vehicles that I wish I could afford. If and when I can afford a vehicle of that caliber, I will certainly reach back out to this dealership. More

We had a very challenging experience trying to complete the deal to get into the car we purchased. We got assigned to 3 different salesmen, and because of an electrical and computer problem with our vehicl the deal to get into the car we purchased. We got assigned to 3 different salesmen, and because of an electrical and computer problem with our vehicle the service department needed over 2 full weeks to troubleshoot the problem , and several people were called in to try to fix our car. It was only when Brad Troedel entered the picture that they were able to ascertain what the technical problem was and after his input and expertise was implemented, the car was fixed in short order. We have very high marks for Jack Debarkjian and Brad Troedel who were 100% transparent and accessible in communicating with us and not making us feel like we were being kept in the dark. As far as the salespeople and the other service dept staff that were part of this odyessy, we hold them in far less regard than we do Jack and Brad. We hope that this was a learning tool for the dealership moving forward, as we learned quite a bit ourselves about the dealership through this experience. Hopefully our future service and maintence of our vehicle will be a lot smoother than this situation was. More
