Our Ferrari went in for an oil change, brake flush, and battery replacement. Their technician damaged the F1 pump (while replacing the battery), put a large paint chip on top of the rear bumper, penetrate battery replacement. Their technician damaged the F1 pump (while replacing the battery), put a large paint chip on top of the rear bumper, penetrated the clear coat and paint to the point that the bumper will need to be repaired and painted. The technician also put a large paint chip on the black matte paint inside the passenger footwell, when they replaced the battery. This is a collector grade Ferrari that won platinum at Cavallino. This is not the first time that Ferrari of Fort Lauderdale has damaged one of our Ferraris while at their at their facility. I will never take my Ferraris there again. They have lost my trust, they have poor control of their employees and associates. More
