From the moment I met Hank Carpenter, I knew I had the right individual to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Ferrari brand and F8 model and was especially helpful in selecting the speci right individual to work with. In addition to being a true Ferrari enthusiast and his in depth knowledge, Hank was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. He has a very warm personality and truly cares about what he is doing and focuses on building a relationship with the customer. They asked me to provide price of funds. Very uncomfortable. I brought in my Porsche for a trade in after just detailing it. When I negotiated the price to buy the car I told them my Porsche had 2,700 miles. It had a few over 2,600. The way I presented myself had no reason for them to distrust me. They should have told me before that they wanted me to bring a cashier check. I took the car with me. The car broke down the day after I got it. I would have expected that a dealer of this level of cars would do a better job at inspecting the cars they sell. I texted the sales rep, and he told me he can't do anytime about it. That I needed to call the Bentley dealer to get it checked. I still don't have my car back from the dealer repairing it. It had been a week... I would definitely recommend my friends NOT to buy a car from this dealer. This is not the first car I buy in this price range. Never had such a bad feeling in the process. When they asked me to see my bank account I should have just walk out of there. More

RANDY WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE AVAILABLE CARS. THE ACTUAL DEAL CLOSING WAS MADE COMPLICATED BY THE FACT THAT THE CAR I WAS BUYING WAS NOT OWNED BY THE DEALERSHIP.
