Maserati service The WORST car service I ever had. They took total of 5 weeks to figure out an electronic issue with my car, putting the blame on Maserati in Italy. They don’t give you ANY up They took total of 5 weeks to figure out an electronic issue with my car, putting the blame on Maserati in Italy. They don’t give you ANY update unless if you ask, change service associate during the time my car was with them. Service manager becomes rude/unfriendly when costumer gives a survey that might criticize service given. Same service manager seems to lack empathy and he even threatened me if I didn’t replace the Tyre (from the loaner car) that got pinched by a screw, I would be charged no matter what (read the small print), this costume me $450. I’ll NEVER EVER recommend anyone to take his car here. More

I bought my car there, Chris the salesman was amazing and very helpful now the service I can't say much how disappointed I am, after many problems with my car and have to fight every time to not be charged m very helpful now the service I can't say much how disappointed I am, after many problems with my car and have to fight every time to not be charged my new problem now is the trunk shock broken and to my surprise when I came in my service advisor told me that this is a bodyshop problem related and he pretty much refused to work on the car now after I contact the corporate and escalate so I can get my car fixed they send me 1 hour away' to Miami' to get fixed and after talking to them they told me that this has nothing to do with bodyshop, I'm so disappointed and pissed how they run a business and send a customer 1 hour away just because he feel that he didn't wanted to deal with the problem and by the way I live 10 min. from the dealer and just because of this I already lost 2 days, I just don't think this is how you treat a new customer and neighbor and right now I can't really recommend this place to anybody More
