Have generally had a good experience, but in last service appt the service agent did not address two service issues requested when the car was dropped off and as a result I ended up waiting 2 hours plus at p appt the service agent did not address two service issues requested when the car was dropped off and as a result I ended up waiting 2 hours plus at pick up while they took care of the issues. Not a good experience overall and service manager was very unhelpful as well. More
