Mr. Cue was excellent and did a very good job explaining the issues with my vehicle. However, I was disappointed with the dealer, that despite my car being at the dealership for nearly two weeks, a loane the issues with my vehicle. However, I was disappointed with the dealer, that despite my car being at the dealership for nearly two weeks, a loaner or rental vehicle was not offered or available. Providing only an Uber ride home was not a sufficient solution for a service visit of this duration. More
