Nice people for the most part and my service rep Joe Esquirre is great but overall they are way overextended - they don't have the staff needed to properly service the volume they sell as well as other Esquirre is great but overall they are way overextended - they don't have the staff needed to properly service the volume they sell as well as other owners who've purchased elsewhere but service there. They're super frugal too and don't push through manufacturer covered repairs or repairs under optional packages (eg tire & wheel package) like other dealers do. Was a BMW owner for 12 years and those service departments get it done. Probably going back after this lease is up. More
