If I could give them 0 starts, I would. Darwin (the service rep) and Matt (one of the managers) were extremely rude to my husband and I. After giving them over $5,000 in repairs, my car is still not working. And every time I bring it in, they want me to pay for the diagnostic. And then the diagnostic is never applied to the bill. In addition, they claim to never have any loaner cars. I believe that this place is racist. They did not even tell me that my car had been delivered by the tow truck driver. I had to follow up 3 days later. More
