This story should have started about 2 years ago if I would have known this website. When I first walked in about 2 years ago. I bought a Ferrari from Tom Mcafee. He is one of the most honest and straight forward sales person I have ever deal with. I have been treated nicely and professionaly. This sale has lead to another story below. This time is my purchase of a 2012 Maserati Grantourismo S. The whole process was done with only a couple phone calls. Of course plus going to the dealership signing paperworks and pay. I told him the car I wanted from his dealership website, and my current situation in order for me to make the purschase. Although the trade of my Porsche was lower than what I needed. He managed to make it happened for me. I can tell Tom has put a lot of efforts getting my trade for the higest dollor, and talking to his company manager to lower the sale price further to cover part of the upside down for the trade. If you're in the market for a Ferrari or Maserati, but don't want to waste time playing games with the salesman back and forth. I highly recommand Tom Mcafee. He will do his best to make it happen. My experience was equally outstanding! The negotiations that I had with James Chou,were the most pleasant I have ever had in purchasing over 30 (THIRTY) cars in the past. He was a true gentleman in every phase of the sale. I have had previous Ferraries, Mercedes-Benzs (more than I can count) as well as a Rolls-Royce (singular....for more reasons than I care to count) and dealing with this dealership and James Chou in particular, (because of the endless and very pleasant service, makes this the best car buying experience I have ever had !)I hope that you are fortunate enough to deal with James Chou and Ferrari-Maserati of San Francisco in the future. I purchased a 2007 F-430 coupe, with the CPO Guarantee. I was a little nervous buying a car from a dealership 2000 miles away, sight unseen. Fortuantly James Chou and Tom Mcafee put me at ease, and delivered a spetacular automobile that I couldn't be happier with. After receiving the car, it was discovered that there was a problem with the gear shifter. James, Tom, and Mark Paddack arrainged for he car to be picked up at my house in St. Louis and taken to their other dealership in Texas. There Steve the service manager went outo of his way to fix and return the car as soon as the parts came in. All of this was done at their exspense. They even shipped the car back to me on a 1 day hot shot delivery so I could have it for this weekend Ferrari Club of Saint Louis event. This will be my 5th Ferrari, and certanly will not be my last. My next one will also be purchased from them. Thank you Ferrari for selecting such terrific dealerships such as Ferrari of San Francisco to represent your cars, which are the ultimate vehicles, no questions asked. Although I did not end up buying a Maserati from this dealership because they did not have exactly what I wanted, the sales associate, Ms. Kelly Lowry, was very helpful in guiding me. She understood my needs and gave me very good advice in choosing and eventually buying a certified Maserati Quattroporte from another dealership which happened to have the the exact piece I wanted. She returned my calls and even talked with me over the phone after hours to answer my questions and give advice. I had a wonderful experience buying my new car. All of the people I came in contact with during the purchasing of my new car where incredible to work with down to Hugo the detail manager. I expect the cars made by Ferrari to deliver a world class experience... and they do. What I didn't expect was to have a world class experience with the San Francisco Ferrari dealership... but I did. class experience... and they do.
