False Advertising! They advertise a truck on their website however, the price did not match the truck shown. Called the dealership since we live an hour & a half away. They advertise a truck on their website however, the price did not match the truck shown. Called the dealership since we live an hour & a half away. Omar told me the picture that was listed was the actual truck for sale. However, he would have his boss Manny call me to verify it was still available. Manny did call me, verified the truck pictured was still available and the following morning we took the drive. When we arrived I showed Manny the actual picture listed of the truck and the price of $28,855. Never did he say to us the body was not included. Proceeded to the lot and began looking at the truck. It was then we were told that the truck pictured on the website was actually over $48,000. The price posted did not include the body. What dealership advertises with a picture and a price but it isn't for the whole truck pictured? Manny apologized and appeared annoyed that it was advertised the way it was. Has their website changed and been corrected? No, they continue to advertise a truck with an incorrect price. I really don't know what they expect by advertising like this. Obviously a turnoff for us and we immediately let him know how we felt and left. Immediately got on the phone with another dealership further south in NJ and what a pleasure to do business with Burns GMC in Marlton, NJ where they advertise a truck with a correct price. The best part was it was $13,000 less than the one at Fette Ford. I would not recommend anybody doing business with this dealership. A shady way of doing business! More

She test drove a couple of different models and settled on a fully loaded 2014 leftover. We told them the lease price and terms that we wanted and they were able to meet all of our needs. We drove it off the lot that afternoon. The staff was helpful, friendly and courteous, and when a small issue came up with the navigation system, the service department handled it promptly and with no hassle. This is a well run dealership with an excellent sales and service staff. I would tell anyone looking for a Kia to go to Fette and ask for Anthony Catalano. More

STAY AWAY- SCAMMERS AT KIA FETTE I would like to say THANK YOU, for screwing over my 69 year old father, who turned in his Nissan Maxima (brand new) for a Kia (yes he downgraded himse I would like to say THANK YOU, for screwing over my 69 year old father, who turned in his Nissan Maxima (brand new) for a Kia (yes he downgraded himself) to try to save on his monthly payments. He went in for a lease, and was scammed by your sales people and manager which he realized the next day after he had already sign the contract. Instead of a lease you financed him a car for 6 not 5, 6 years at a monthly rate of $650 dollars. After he went and fought with you guys for lying to him and doing such a horrie deal, the manager (who is no longer there, i wonder why) along side a sales rep (chris) promised him to help by giving him a check for the first year for half the cost of the $650 and to come back in one year that they will help him find another solution for a cheaper car. Now it has been that year, snd he has been back there hmmmmm maybe SIX TIMES, Begging for help and a solution as it was promised to him and nothing was done. He was lied to, taken advantage of, and now at 69 years old my RETIRED father had to get a job to be able to afford the SCAM fetti kia put him through. Not to mention he is paying $650 a month for a KIa, he should be driving a BMW for yhe amount he is paying. More
