I had an absolutely horrible experience at this dealership. My 2018 Ford Fusion had a recall and it took them weeks to fix. I had to bring it in for a THIRD TIME and now its leaking oil for the first time ever. I had an independent mechanic review and they somehow cracked a seal in my engine. Awful awful repair work and horrible customer service. More
Had a airbag recall scheduled via Ford at this dealership on my 2013 Mustang GT. Spent 2 hours for a job that most other Mustang owners have said took 20 minutes to do, at their dealership.. I had my car cleaned 2 days earlier, and I left with the interior dirtier than when I brought it there. I watched the technician BS'ing with one of his buddies, with my car running and in reverse, for almost 10 minutes. More

took my 2019 f350 which i bought there brand new. for their 39 dollar works service(oil n filter,rotate tires n adjust air pressure,top off all fluids,80 point inspection,inspect brakes) and trans servic their 39 dollar works service(oil n filter,rotate tires n adjust air pressure,top off all fluids,80 point inspection,inspect brakes) and trans service..trans service 250,52 extra for trans oil filter.they didnt rotate or adjust tire air pressure,didnt top off fluids,didnt inspect brakes,didnt do 80 point inspection, gave it a half xxx wash,didnt grease front axle u joints,took off trans filter price after i complained.will never go back there for anything ever again !!! negative 10 stars !!!! total of bill $330 f these crooks !!!!! Ripped Off I went to Fette Kia, Clifton Service Department. After depositing my check, Brian proceeded to put the check through again as a point of sale. The entire process from coming in to get work done to the double charge was all questionable processes. I didn't have a lot of funds to come in with. A sensor was out and it wasn't covered under the extended warranty. I Ok'd that and was told that I needed to replace my air filter (I did that replacement myself 2 months ago), The Cabin Filter ( I did that myself 2 months ago). After I got the car back I showed the cabin filter and engine air filter as being clean. I was told that one of my belts was cracked and ready to break. They charged me for an oil change without even asking if I wanted Synthetic or Regular. I have been using synthetic, and wanted to continue. It was too I was told. All I did was request an oil change, the next thing I was told we did it. I wasn't even quoted a price. They just did the work. I have no question- charging me twice, not giving me the discount that was promised. I bounced several checks because the $1354 being charged was $2708. The bounced check doesn't favor well with my bank or my credit. The Company gave an immediate refund. If I didn't catch the mistake they would have a double payment. Brian seemed to have disappeared when I came in for my refund. He didn't return any of my phone calls. It kind of left me with the impression that he wouldn't even apologize for this big mistake. I wouldn't consider going back to buy or service my vehicles. More
BAD SERVICE I was very disappointed with Fette Ford's service. Dropped my car off for first time service of an oil change and tire rotation, the paperwork said bo I was very disappointed with Fette Ford's service. Dropped my car off for first time service of an oil change and tire rotation, the paperwork said both services were done to my car. But, when checked my car they did not rotate the tires. Steve the manager gave me an excuse that they forgot..It makes me wonder if they changed the filter!!! How often does this happen?.My Advice is to check your service requests before you drive out of their parking lot. More

Called to get an appointment for my truck because the door locks were frozen whichbwas a factory recall and was told they couldn't get me in for a week. How do you drive a vehicle when the door does not stay shut? They told me they were to busy with other repairs. After getting aggravated I was told I could bring it in 3 days later. Dropped my truck off for the second time mind you because of this problem. Didn't hear back from them, at all. A week later I called and they still hadn't even looked at it. I was told that they replaced all the old people and now there were new people working there and they would get right on the problem. 3 days later I picked up my truck. Great now the weather is 50 degrees so I really can't tell if its actually fixed or not because there is no more freezing weather. secondly, they usually will wash your car when you bring it in. NOT the case here. You would think after waiting 10 days they would make sure you vehicle was clean especially having to wait 10 days. They say they care about the customer but they definitely do not show it or even try to make up for their screw up. It's really the little things that make you want to go back, don't think I'll be going back to Fette ford More
