An hour and 45 minutes is ridiculous for and oil change. The never rotated my tires the didn’t wash my truck like they say they will. The last time they never checked the pressure in my tires. Vehicle was brought in for a recall. I brought my 2018 Ford Fusion in for a recall regarding engine/coolant issues.
