I want to thank Kenny G. for finding me this excellent car with the color I wanted and the pricing within my budget. He told me exactly what he was going to do for me and didn't waver. His professionalism was well above average and his attention to detail was excellent. It was the best salesmanship that I have seen since my old salesman Manuel Fernandez retired. I didn't think I could find another individual with his qualities be I did in Kenny G. If you're looking for someone who cares about your needs while finding you the car you like within your budget it's Kenny G. I highly recommend him. More

Stay away from Fette like it has the plague I purchased a 2010 Focus in 2009 and purchased the extended warranty. All I got was basic maintenance and oil changes. Then low and behold as soon as I purchased a 2010 Focus in 2009 and purchased the extended warranty. All I got was basic maintenance and oil changes. Then low and behold as soon as the warranty expired I got wacked for front end suspension problems that I brought to their attention !! Really ??? You don't check the suspension system for 5 year's !!!!! After this fiasco I purchased the Ford extended service program thinking that this would solve any future problems. WRONG !!! Went there last June with rear doors that wouldn't stay shut. I was told that it wasn't covered. Fast forward to 8/21/17 I brought the car back (after calling Ford myself and was told that it was covered) and for regular service, they assured me it would only be a couple of days. WRONG AGAIN !!! Called 8/24/17 on the status of the car they reluctantly informed me that the door latches just came in. REALLY ??? and it would be ready tomorrow afternoon. You know where this going. Got a call from Fette Friday afternoon informing me that they can't get the driver side rear door open (they're the ones who got it to stay shut) and would have to send to a body shop to get it open !!! The service manager Brian said hopefully it'll be ready on Monday but he's not sure We're going into the second week and they never did the regular service on it !!!! Know I have to rent a car just to get to work ! I would NOT RECOMMEND Fette to my worst enemy !!!! My advice would be STAY AWAY FROM FETTE ! Avoid it like it has the plaque 😠 More

I called the Fette Kia Service department, during business hours, but the call went to an answering ma Saturday 7/29: My check engine light came on. I called the Fette Kia Service department, during business hours, but the call went to an answering machine, and I left my name, number, and a description of the problem. I asked when I could bring the car in. Tuesday 8/1: No response from the service department, so I went to their website, and there was an option to schedule the service appointment online. I set up a service appointment for Thursday 8/3 at 8AM, and added a question - can I drop my car off on Wednesday evening? I received an email confirming my appointment time, but no answer to my question. Wednesday 8/2 (afternoon): I called the service department to check if I could drop off the car this evening. I spoke to KARISSA BERRIOS. She said that she had no record of a service appointment for me. I explained that I made the appointment online, and she said "Online? Oh, we don't get that information." Karissa made an appointment for me on Thursday 8/3 at 8:45 AM. Thursday 8/3 (afternoon): no news yet about the car. I called to check on the status. Answer - "Oh, we haven't brought it in yet". Later that day, I get a call with the diagnosis - the car needs a new 02 sensor, it's covered by the warranty, but they don't have it in stock. (Really?). I pick the car up that evening, and they say they'll call me when the part comes in. Thursday 8/10: no news yet about the part. I called to check, spoke to KARISSA BERRIOS again. "Oh, let me check. Yes, that just came in this morning. We were about to call you." When can I bring in the car? "The first availability I have is Wednesday 8/16." I've been waiting since 8/3, don't you have anything sooner? "Maybe I could squeeze you in on Monday 8/14, but you couldn't wait for the car since I don't know when we'd be able to get to it". Can I drop the car off the night before? "No, because the lot is locked." I asked to speak to the KIA sales manager. She didn't want to transfer me, but I insisted. The call went to voice mail, I left a polite message explaining that I had a problem with the service department which he should be aware of, and asked him to return my call to get the details. No response.\ Later in the day, I received a letter in the mail, dated Monday 8/7, saying that my part had arrived, please call to make an appointment. So clearly, KARISSA lied to me about the arrival date of the part. And no one here seems to care about customer service. It's clear that they don't bother returning phone calls. Stay away. Find a competent dealer to handle your service needs. More

Since I don't drive on the highway my daughter took off work to bring my car in for 8:30am. The recalls were going to take all day so I decided to leave my car overnight. The manager Gene was very appreciative and promised the car back to us by 11am the next day. My daughter took another day off of work to help me with my car. At 10:30am she called the dealership to inquire about the car. She was told that the car needed brakes. (Mind you the car was only in for three recalls but since it was there I said to change the oil) She was also told that he car was almost done though it would take another hour and a half. She then told Gene to call me regarding the brakes Since my husband recently passed away I agreed for them to do the brakes. At 12:30 my daughter called Fette Ford for a status. We were told the car was still not ready and it was going to take another hour and half. At this time we were both very upset. We had family friends coming to take us back to Fette Ford. They made arrangements to pick us up by 11 which we changed to 1. We decided to go to lunch since now the car was to be ready by 2pm. At 2:30pm we got dropped off. The car was still not completed. We heard excuses after excuses about how the one recall takes a lot of time. If that was the case maybe the person servicing my car should have only worked on my car. At this time they had the car almost two full days. I'm not an idiot my car was not worked on until that morning. I was upset...but I was screamed at by Gene telling me not to ever come back. He was rude and sarcastic. I finally got my car at 4:30pm. More

Sorry we didn't get to it on the next day because my guys are staying only till 4:30 on a weekday. I really don't care what time they leave, they wasted my valuable time and I ended up getting my car the next day with absolutely nothing resolved. What a waste of time! Absolutely ridiculous! Don't even think about using their service department. More
Above and beyond I came in with my daughters Focus (purchased June 3,2016) which didn't have mats when I purchased it.
