Horrible customer service! !! Whatever you do avoid this place like the plague, better yet buy a different car. I purchased an extended warranty and have tried for a month and a !! I purchased an extended warranty and have tried for a month and a half to get my car fixed and had nothing but a run around. I have called my service advisor Matt who told me my warranty wasn’t active and that I needed to call to get the information on my warranty. The warranty place said, no because, me the customer, has no idea how long it’s going to take to fix or what parts I need, the service people need to call. I have tried getting in touch with Matt again but have not been successful. I have texted and called and left messages to numerous people trying to get my car fixed. I left a message with Brian the Service Manager, I tried calling Richard, the other service manager, and his VM is full. I asked if any of these people had an email, and wouldn’t it figure, that it’s the 21st. Century, and NO, they don’t have an email. Who the heck operates their business like this? This will be the first and last time I buy a BMW. What a horrible horrible place to try to get service. They must have so much money that they just don’t care. More
