My vehicle was seen by Chevrolet Findlay at Torrey Pines, Las Vegas, initially by service advisor Charlotte L Wilson. She was very pleasant during the meeting and was advised of the estimated amount and services to be conducted by technicians and that an overnight service would be optimal for all the maintenance services required. I agreed because the following day was my dayoff from work. 1 day passed, no communication, text, service prompts from Chevrolet or any messages from Charlotte, my service advisor. I called them and was directed by operator to Charlotte's phone. Kept ringing and ringing. Nobody answered. 2nd day, I had to hitch a ride from a co-worker to get to work. I contacted Chevrolet 2,3 times during office breaks and during lunchtime, was directed to Charlotte's phone which kept ringing and ringing with no answer, again. Called back 4th time and asked for operator TO PLEASE GIVE MY CALL TO ANY OTHER ADVISOR AND NOT TO CHARLOTTE. Was finally able to get to a female employee and said Charlotte is not in her office and will inform their supervisor about the matter. Finally Manager Rob or Bob called me on my phone and informed me Charlotte called out sick and did not endorse my vehicle service to anyone before she called out. The manager then said that the vehicle is ready to pick up but I had work the next day so a Lyft was arranged by the good Manager to pick me up from work. I also asked for a discount as 3 days without my vehicle was not in the agreement. He promised the bill would be less than what Charlotte had estimated. Guess what? They added another 50% charges totaling to 150% of the actual estimate! As promised, the manager did approve a small discount but not on the actual estimate agreement but on the 150% cost increase. Bummer. Lesson learned, I won't be back at that service center again! Never go to Chevrolet Findlay Services Torrey Pines Las Vegas! More

AFTER POSTING FOR THE TRANSMISSION FLUSH SERVICE IHADTO LEAVE TOWN. UPON MY RECENT RETURN MY CORVETTE IS SHOWERING A P 0700 CODE. THE QUALITY OF SERVICE FROM FINALLY CHEVROLET JUST KEEPS GOING FROM BAD TO WORSE!!!! Last week I took my 2019 C7 Z06 corvette to Findlay Chevrolet for the following, coolant flush, brake fluid flush, differential oil change and a transmission flush. When I drove the car home after the repairs there was a smell of gasoline which the car didn’t hand before and showed no codes ( yeah kind of suspect). So I called and spoke to the service manager he told me to bring the car in for an inspection. Claimed the fuel pump had a crack in it which is not a common problem on the cars. He wrote up the estimate the quote from Findlay was $6270.45. The quote From Team Chevrolet for the same exact work was almost 50% less!!! Not a couple hundred, not even a 1k less we are talking about $2947.20 cents difference! Yes you read that correctly A DIFFERENCE OF ALMOST $3000.00 I understand do to the labor involved it raises the price the book says 13 to 18 hours of labor max Which Team Chevrolet is within those labor hours, Findlay Chevrolet booked out out at 22 hours. I should have known they were a scam when the service advisor tried to charge me $2200.00 for the transmission flush. I said it’s not that expensive I’ve had done on my other corvettes. He’s trying to justify it by telling how it’s a double clutch trans, I said maybe if I had a C8 but mine is a C7 so had I not caught that he would have screwed me for 2200.00 on a $600.00 service. CUSTOMER BEWARE AT FINDLAY CHEVROLET! They will try and misqoute you! Overcharge you, and the quality of work is suspect!!! NOW WATCH THE TEPLY FROM THE OWNER TAKING ME FOR PRAISING THE DEALERSHIP!!! Just shows that they don’t read or care about the reviews!!!! I’m enclosing the two estimates! More
