Think about the worst experience you could have trying to buy a car. Then magnifying it by 1000. That was what it was like trying to get a new Prius from Findlay. Because I bought a previous car here and buy a car. Then magnifying it by 1000. That was what it was like trying to get a new Prius from Findlay. Because I bought a previous car here and have, for 20 years, received excellent service, especially from Jordan Martinez, I thought I'd stay loyal. Nope. Clayton talked about himself (and his kids and his wife and his mother) incessantly, didn't listen, was not knowledgeable about the cars, and worst, flat-out lied. High pressure tactics that were never going to work on me (read the room, dude). This experience sent me running to Toyota of Pullman, where I got exactly the car I wanted in the nicest, most low-key (and quickest) exchange ever. More

The initial repair to our Highlander resulted in a leak and a second trip to our local Toyota dealer in Kennewick which was taken care of under warranty. When I noticed the skid plate was missing, Nathan p and a second trip to our local Toyota dealer in Kennewick which was taken care of under warranty. When I noticed the skid plate was missing, Nathan promptly sent a new one in the mail! He was very prompt in returning my calls and answering any questions.
