We felt like VIP’s! Our service counselor, Fernando Pancho is the best! We met him six months ago when we had our first service at Honda in Henderson, NV & he was great! He’s someone who’s calm, patient, and takes his time explaining things to us in a clear and pleasant manner. And most of all, he replies timely to my text messages months after our first service was completed! Thank you Honda for these very pleasant service experiences! More

I called for scheduling a service appointment for the recalls on my Honda CRV and got an appointment promptly. He then arranged for an Uber ride back home and kept me informed of the progress and then called me when the car was ready.
