My Camry Hybrid battery needed replacement. I couldn’t take my car to get a new factory battery installed. The service representative Vincent took fantastic care of me. He understood my inab I couldn’t take my car to get a new factory battery installed. The service representative Vincent took fantastic care of me. He understood my inability to come in and proceeded to accommodate me by scheduling an appointment to have a technician come to my home to install a new battery. On the scheduled date Vince called me to explain the technician could not come as planned, but he sent a valet to jump and drive my car to the dealership, coordinated the repair, and had the valet return the car to me. Vince was amazing; he coordinated everything, kept me informed, and was happy to accommodate my needs. Findlay Toyota has been a great experience every time I have had my Camry serviced there. I will continue to go there because of the level of service. More

Everything was great until the person who drove my car to me got out the car. I spoke and he did not. When I got home I noticed the step of my vehicle was extremely dirty with oil and dirt.
