For example, we made an appointment for green service and each time we come in the wait is at least 1 hour and 45 minutes. We understand you’re busy but I don’t think it takes the technician that long to do the service. The service department ask/ recomend to cusomer unnecessary maintenance recommendations to the car which other mechanic shop doesn't ask or won't need it. I think it's way too much sales oriente unnecessary maintenance recommendations to the car which other mechanic shop doesn't ask or won't need it. I think it's way too much sales oriented. Most customers are tight on budget that Comsumet needs a honesty & necessary maintenance gor their car. I felt I'm in the another sales I have to deal with service agent. More
