Jamie was friendly and respectful with my questions that I had. My complaint I have is the driver side floor had the staff shoe prints, black smudges on the door, door handle, steering wheel and the front I had. This is the second time that I had to walk out to my 4Runner at the front entrance of the service sign. When I check out from the counter I get told to wait by the door and someone will bring the car to you. Well it hasn’t happened yet. More

I made an appointment, bur that was irrelevant. It's 1st come, 1st served. The service writers are worthless. Their job seems to be deflect & ignore.
