My daughter and I had an excellent experience working with Beatrix at Findlay Toyota. From the very start she was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the Corolla Hybrid that we were intereste with Beatrix at Findlay Toyota. From the very start she was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the Corolla Hybrid that we were interested in. Because this model is in very high demand, Beatrix worked with us for a few weeks and kept us updated as to what models they had and when they were coming in. She understood my daughter was buying her first car and she took the time to listen to her needs and treated her with respect and kindness. The entire process was smooth, and we never felt pressured. Matt, my service writer, was very knowledgeable and kept me updated. Your best ambassador to Findlay Toyota is James at the snack center. He kept everything clean and neat. I was honored to spend time visiting with him. We need more people in the world like James. Thank you for having such a ray of sunshine to lift the spirits of people who are not always happy spending money to repair their vehicles but the greeting from James seemed to make the whole experience less painful.
