The dealership is comfortable and relaxing. I just wish that the sales people were more interested in making sure that the customer has the opportunity to look over the vehicle and feel comfort I just wish that the sales people were more interested in making sure that the customer has the opportunity to look over the vehicle and feel comfortable in their purchase, i.e. able to afford it comfortably. Instead of only thinking of their commission and how fast they can get the deal done. It's pretty bad that I don't seem to be able to get an owners manual for my 2020 Tacoma from a Toyota dealership. It was very easy to schedule and get in for my 10000 mile service. My only negative was the service agent told me 1 hour and after 1 hour and 35 minutes and I had to check on my vehicle.
