I'm a 15-year loyal customer and the service has always been fine However, I had to return to get a new rear view mirror installed because you didn't have one in stock yesterday. It took 2 hours of me waiting in your facility to complete the job and get out of there. It seems to me that if a person must return to complete service that was due to something amiss at the dealership, the least you could do is finish the job in a realistic time frame. Communication was poor , and it seems because I was just in for a factory recall she was uninterested in my care ! Also when work was finished it took the dealership over a half hour to find and retrieve my in for a factory recall she was uninterested in my care !
