The only area I felt needed much improvement was the night my car was towed in. Service had closed at 6. I arrived shortly after. I received a text offering to discuss the buy back of my car while it was on the service department, just before receiving an extremely high quote for repairs, much of which I question the legitimacy of. The timing felt like a set up to get me to buy a new car. Additionally, after my oil change which included the tire rotation, I took my car to my tire dealership for the balance as it is free there. I was told that they had been rotated to an unsafe position with the tires with the least traction (but not requiring replacement) located in the front. More
