There was a precall where everything was reviewed the day before. Upon arrival we had a ONE HOUR wait and had to go to his desk where he still was not ready for us. Following a very untruthful and overpriced oil change and filter at Meineke, I was told that there were numerous other problems that needed work IMMEDIATELY. I declined, went to Findlay Toyota in Henderson a filter at Meineke, I was told that there were numerous other problems that needed work IMMEDIATELY. I declined, went to Findlay Toyota in Henderson and met a service rep named Ethan Plott. I had no appointment, told Ethan that this was an emergency based on what the Meineke Shop had told me and he graciously told me to come right in. I did, the car was fully examined and I had the brake fluid replaced. All other work that Meineke told me was "an emergency", was completely unnecessary. I have had my 2 Toyota Camry's serviced numerous times at Findlay and have had nothing but great service on each occasion. In this "escapade" trying to save a few buck as compared to Findlay's service, there is no comparison. FINDLAY and ETHAN PLOTT are what service should be...honest, upright, and professional. The moral of my story is "You Get What You Pay For" and with Ethan an Findlay, I learned that lesson. Thank you, you guys have a customer for life as a result. Richard Arendt, Henderson NV. More
