Very helpful,courteous, caring, thoughtful. Emilio was very helpful from the beginning. We spoke on the phone and right away he got to work into getting me in for service. Right away he made us feel safe and secure. Assured us the vehicle will be ready for get us back home. He did exactly that and more. Emilio went above and beyond, he went ahead and went thru the 'Power Train Warranty' on the vehicle, which got it fixed with zero out of pocket. Thanks so much Emilio! More

My experience was frustrating at best. This is a consistent issue. I schedule early morning appts to try to get in and out but repeatedly end spending hours waiting. I scheduled routine ma This is a consistent issue. I schedule early morning appts to try to get in and out but repeatedly end spending hours waiting. I scheduled routine maintenance (oil change, fluids, tire rotation). My appointment was at 7:30 am. I did not receive a call to approve a battery change, cleaning until 10:30. I approved it and got a notice at 12 pm that it would be a bit longer. When I inquired why cleaning a battery and changing a filters took over 2 hours I was told you were short staffed. If that's the case don't schedule so many appointments. Standard services like this should not take over 5 hours and even more cost over $600!! More
