This is the fifth vehicle I bought from your dealership. I arrived on time for 1:15pm appointment on Aug. 19 for the Green Service. After waiting for 1hr30 mins I texted the agent Kevin who managed my service. About 20 mins later, he called me my car is re 19 for the Green Service. After waiting for 1hr30 mins I texted the agent Kevin who managed my service. About 20 mins later, he called me my car is ready. On my way back home, I found my old service label is still on my window without the new service label. This makes me not very happy. Paying $119 for the green service,, the technician didn't even get me a new service label to reminder me for the next service time. I do hope the technician did the other service (those invisible to me) for my car. More
