This is my first time at the service department. The place is clean, the employees are friendly. The lounge area is spacious. I can’t recall the person’s name that picked me up from my home to take me back to the dealership, he is a horrible driver, driving 35+ down my neighborhood. After I got in the car closed the door he took off in his black KIA. I was struggling to get my seatbelt on because I was somewhat stuck to the seat that was reclined far back. I’m glad the first uber drive was not like that. This guy is going to kill somebody the way he drives. He tailgates driving on the freeway and was driving at 85 that I saw. More
After waiting 3 weeks to have running boards and body side molding installed, I finally my new Highlander in yesterday. After 2 hours the service rep told me that they ordered the wrong running boards. After waiting another 3 hours, they installed the body side molding at the very bottom of the doors. It does absolutely no good in preventing damage from someone opening a door and denting the car. More
