Wait time for an oil change was redicoulas after making an appointment. My time is worth money...you should hire a scheduler to fix this problem. Findlay’s the worst dealership I’ve dealt with of all the dealerships I’ve been to. The waiting room is loud and busy as opposed to quiet and relaxing. The lack of accommodations is unlike any other dealersh dealerships I’ve been to. The waiting room is loud and busy as opposed to quiet and relaxing.
