Not Unless you Agree to replace my tires. Which were not taken care of during the so called CPO inspection. You have forced me to drive Over 7000 miles on mismatched rear tires and the front tires that have tread depth so different the vehicle pulls to the left. the last service visit stated the 2 front tires are the cause of the vehicle pulling. its an All wheel drive. who's knows if any damage has been done to the Transmission / Transfer Case. it shouldn't take 4 months - 3 visits totaling 24 days to put on tires. Cpo 150 point Inspection states 4 matching tires, brand size and tread depth. it also states 2 vehicle keys. unless you going to address that i'm not wasting my time. i have about 5 emails sent, 40+ phone calls and voice mails, 12 hours in travel time to your dealership, 24 gallons of fuel in trips. and a scrape from a sanding tool on my rear quarter panel most likely during the first service visit but because i don't have video proof it didn't happen, right? and a rear tire that's still losing air. even though per Bill Depalma. he stated my guys had no reason to be near that part of your vehicle during the first service visit. i received no service receipt for that visit. i now know why. i have the service receipt for that day from the Hyundai online service records that clearly states a tire plug was done on the tire that keeps loosing air. the scrape on that same wheel well just happens to match what a tire plug scuffing / sanding tool would look like if it made contact with a vehicles paint job. you have earned this review. to sum it up i have been driving a car which i should enjoy but instead its constantly in the service department. the drivers seat bolster is stuck into my right side, the car has vibrations when driving, constantly pulls to the left, i have to pump the rear tire up once a week, the radio reception is poor, a very noticeable scrape in my paint job, twice i have had to pull over on the highway at dark to lay on the ground to tuck the undercarriage covers up because they were dragging on the pavement, and if i misplace my key i have no other choice but to find it. All because somebody did not do the CPO 150 point inspection. all this could have been avoided. then you treat me like i'm the problem you have earned this review. You have shown zero concern for my time and aggravation.

Ok. thank you for addressing my concerns. this is an update for my previous review. Herald The Manager of Operations from First Hyundai straightened out everything and more. Truly an asset to the Company the experience has been an eye opener. this dealer is a very fast paced dealer somethings get lost due to the amount of volume they do. my advice is put everything on paper so nothing gets lost in communications. do a vehicle walk around before and after dropping off to protect yourself and the dealer. really look the vehicle over before the purchase. other than that buy the car with all the features to make sure you enjoy your purchase. there's something to be said for driving a car you enjoy compared to the car that just gets you from point A to B. First Hyundai has a high percentage of Used CPO Cars (Genesis, Equus, Sonata, etc.) that will have you smiling again while driving. meaning roomy, quiet inside, high end factory lexicon stereo etc. doesn't matter if your stuck in traffic or on a wide open highway. you get in that car and its the highlight of your day after a long work day. low miles, 3 year program cars with the bumper to bumper warranty at a cost usually half of the sticker price and low excise tax to boot.
