Wonderful experience Went in for routine maintenance and was satisfied with the process from start to finish. My only negative about this is to check your paperwork before leaving. I was in for routine maintenance about 3months prior and I have documented that my timing belt was "iffy" and would need to be changed at some point, but it wasn't a serious issue at that time. 3months later I go back and magically the timing belt is in good condition. So I don't know which to believe and that's frustrating as a parent wanting to make sure your car is in good and safe to condition. Other than that, the service is spot on and the staff is friendly. Great service advisor, not such great mechanics I took my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I got in my car and drove home with no problems but 2 hours later I'm at the gas station I took my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I got in my car and drove home with no problems but 2 hours later I'm at the gas station putting air in ny tires. 3 tires were under inflated by 5 lbs and the other 1 was 9 pounds under he supposedly fix that tire. Until that moment I was looking to buy another car from you. Now I have trust issues. More
