He immediately found the vehicles I came in for and then also shared intel on a half dozen other comparables. We test drove 3 or 4 and David helped me think through what options did I really want and need so I was able to make an educated decision choosing a 2016 Sante Fe Sport in the exact color I hoped to find. The Customer Service Specialist ale First Hyundai in North Attleboro exceeded my expectations when it came to customer service and total transparency. The Customer Service Specialist alerted me to my expired registration sticker during his “walk around” of my Sonata. The team at First Hyundai was able to provide that additional service so I didn’t have the headache of going to another auto body shop to get a new sticker. A technician also shot a 90 second video from the undercarriage of my car, showing me exactly what they were looking at. They found nothing wrong with my vehicle - and simply provided me with an oil change, new sticker, and free car wash. I didn’t feel any pressure to pay for services my car didn’t need. First Hyundai acquired a new lifetime customer! More
