First Hyundai are thieves and liars. My $500 deposit was refundable up until the point that I chose not to purchase a car from First Hyundai. They didn't even have a car on the lot for m My $500 deposit was refundable up until the point that I chose not to purchase a car from First Hyundai. They didn't even have a car on the lot for me to buy, didn't sign any legal paperwork for it, no financing for it, didn't take delivery of it and didn't drive it home, yet my deposit is being held hostage by First Hyundai because I exercised my right to not buy something from them. Hey First Hyundai, you know that's illegal, right? I'll let my credit card company handle that for me while I write about my displeasure to the BBB and Massachusetts State Attorney General's office and detail my dissatisfaction about First Hyundai and their hostage tactics. I initially was going to buy a new Tucson Sport but they listened to my needs and recommended I test drive a 2015 Certified Pre-Owned Santa Fe. Lindsey was my first contact over the phone. When I came to the showroom, she introduced me to Mark who was knowledgeable about the cars and was great to work with. Great team and their lifetime free oil changes, wipers and inspection stickers mean we will be back. They will also be the first place I go to when I need another car. More
