Absolutely horrible service. Wanted to charge me $125+ to diagnose a problem that they had diagnosed before and did not charge for before ... A simple fuse. They even checked the records of my account and saw it had been covered. My warranty is still active. Then because I resisted this absurd charge Christopher Wilson and Jesus Santanilla refused to service my oil change and tire rotations because they hadn't sold me the warranty while for 2 years their location has been servicing my vehicle just fine. Additionally they tried to sell me a change of transfer case fluid because it's "recommended" at 45,000 miles though their own Chevrolet manual says it doesn't need changing till 155,000 miles. Rather than simply put in a fuse that costs them a few dollars they would rather inconvenience and lose a long-term customer. I don't recommend in any way going to this dealer service department but if you have to, see if you can speak with Tom ... He's helpful, respectful, and calm. These other two guys were pulling a major power trip. Good luck. More

I took my 2016 Chevy Tahoe with 80k miles to Fitzgerald in Frederick for transmission issues. I have used Fitzgerald for ALL routine service as outlined in the Chevy owner’s manual. Fitzgerald determined my vehicle would need a new transmission and quoted me $5,700. Thinking this was pricey, I requested Fitzgerald not complete the repairs. The next day, I received a generic email from Fitzgerald to complete a survey. I completed the survey explaining my negative experience. Following the survey I received another email from Fitzgerald telling me to call the dealership because they wanted to make my experience right. I called Fitzgerald and after being transferred around, Cathy finally agreed to help. I explained the issue and she said she was going to see what she could do to help. The following day Cathy called me back. Cathy said she had good news. Cathy explained GM agreed to pay $1700 of the cost. However, Cathy then stated I was given a bad quote for the new transmission. Cathy said the estimate is actually $6900. Chevy and Fitzgerald have lost a good customer. More

Each and everyone of these gentleman went above and beyond to provide the utmost definition of "Amazing Customer Service". We purchased two vehicles on the same day and the process could not have been any smoother. From the initial introductions, to the test drives, loan application and approval process, closing and driving off the lot we could not have asked for more. They even went out of there way to bring a vehicle from the Rockville GMC to me in Frederick for a test drive and look over of the vehicle which was the second one we ultimately purchased on this day. They did this without prior notice to us coming to the dealership and did so after we requested to see it when we were there.
