Took 2.5 hours (with Saturday AM appointment) for oil change ($75), brakefluid change ($140) & state inspection ($25). I was comfortable and didn't feel hassled. I worked with JR Lopez (advisor) who was very patient, nice, understanding and helpful! My technician Mark Antony was also helpful! More
