One day I walked in and spoke with Greg , he asked what was I looking for , what payment I wanted and I wanted LED lights inside .Within 24 hours he called me and said “ I got you , something just came in” . It was a 2014 F150 platinum crew cab , it was perfect . He went out of his way to fix some minor details due to my OCD . I will come back to see Greg on my next Ford vehicle . More

The only critique I would give is that the Service department was "backed up" in both instances we had to work with them, resulting in longer wait times. Speeding that process up, even by 10-15 minutes, would make a huge difference! More
