His sales person was Crystal Sanders so I asked for her. The vehicle was available. She was knowledgeable about what incentives were currently available. The numbers worked for the vehicle and my trade-in. When she had to leave for an appointment, John Little took over. The two of them made this an easy and pleasant buying experience. More

If all the Five Stars sales force reflects their example then Five Star is the premier dealership in Texas. Being 78 yrs old I don't know if I will be buying any more cars but if I do Five Star, Eddie and Bubba will be my first choice !!! More

Easy to work with, did not feel pressured to make a decision The overall experience was good. The dealer didn't have the vehicle I wanted with all the specs on site so had to bring one in. I was told the vehicle would be in on Monday by around noon, this did not happen. It ended up coming in at 7pm which was too late for me to come and deal with finance etc. I also did not want to view car in the dark and had to get up the next day for work at 4 am. I had to put off purchase until Thursday of that week. Kelly, Travis, and Joe all did their jobs well. I have no other complaints. More
