Buying an Escape at Five Star Ford My wife was picking up floor mats for my Daughters car (Ford Fiesta) and decided to take a peek at a new Ford Escape. She met Alfred El-Darazi (Alfred) and was shown all the features of the Titanium model, naturally she called me and we returned to test drive the one she liked. Alfred was busy, but made sure we were comfortable and checked on us several times, when he finished with his customers we got the royal treatment, Alfred was fun to talked to and easy to deal with, we were very comfortable dealing with Alfred. Myron (manager) came over and introduced himself and assisted in getting the deal we asked for, there was no stalling or pushing numbers around, just a fair offer and direct deal type attitude, I felt I got a Great deal and my wife got her car without settling for a lesser model, the price was a what we were willing to pay. This was my first time buying a car, I didn't know what to expect.I was prepared to be pressured into buying something I didn't want, but it was the e This was my first time buying a car, I didn't know what to expect.I was prepared to be pressured into buying something I didn't want, but it was the exact opposite. My sales person Bryan Russell was awesome, he showed me a few lower priced cars which would be in my price range. We looked at a Ford Fiesta and a Ford Focus. I wasn't all that excited about those. I had my eye on a 2014 Mustang that I had been looking at online for about a week. I decided to go look at the Mustang and see it in person. Absolutely loved it! My sales person Bryan knew that was the car I decided on and he immediately got the process going after I said that was the car I wanted. He got me started on paper work and even though it was late and near closing he got the process started. He got me into finance and even started the detailing process on the car! I was very impressed with how quick and easy everything was going. I got into finance and Will Green was the gentleman helping me. He let me know that he could get me a better interest rate in the morning, because the banks were closed and that if I didn't mind coming back in the morning, he could get me a better deal. I appreciated that very much! Excellent customer service! I would definitely recommend this Five Star Ford to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. Amazing experience, they really do care about their customers and work hard to get them the best deals.
