I emailed Aaron back with the vehicle I wanted, the trade-in info, year, mileage, and how much cash I would put down and asked if a Friday morning would be good to come in. I didn't hear back from Aaron till 3 days later in the evening to which he replied he was there and was I coming in. Well, no because I have to work which is why I wanted to schedule a Friday morning visit (the purpose of emailing 3 days before). Aaron had no problems replying to emails before then. I'm glad I wasted a hit on my credit and applied for nothing. More

Chad took the time to explain lease options which were attractive but I decided to purchase the car instead. Chad was great communicating via text and email.
