Instead of haggling, Justin cuts to the chase and gets right to the point to make the experience quick and painless without having to deal with a "typical car buying experience." The turn-around between the agreement to make the purchase and the leather installation was very fast and looks top notch. Our car went in for service, and our car was not only checked for all repairs needed, they worked with us so that we could afford the repairs. They let us know everything that was needed and the cost, so there were no surprises. All repairs were done by experienced technicians and my 2008 Taurus is just like off the floor brand new car. I highly recommend Five Star Ford to everyone. They are honest, trust worthy and caring. As a woman, most all other repair shops seem to take advantage. Not at Five Star. They feel everyone should get great service without being ripped off. Mr. Tony Pack is a hands on owner with a warm heart. He is available to all customers, if any problems might arise. More as a response to having to spend thousands of dollars on repair of her then current vehicle. I had thought that having spent that much money, I sure could do better with a new vehicle. So that new Expedition became my wife's first SUV. Fast forward to 2015, and it was time to acquire "Momma" another vehicle. This time, however, I wanted to be smarter than I was in my thirties. This time "WE" (my wife and I) collaborated on what she wanted on her next vehicle. She configured the vehicle that she wanted, and I dutifully took that configuration to Five Star in North Richland Hills. Jim Rich scoured the country to find the vehicle she wanted. Nothing!! He was awesome, though. His next step was to order her vehicle from Ford Motor Company. The whole process was amazing, from ordering to financing, Five Star should be Ten Stars. Thanks to all the folks of Five Star for the best buying experience. More
Warranty service for transmission problems It took a bit to get my vehicle in for diagnosis but once in the problem was detected and corrected. Time will tell if the fix holds up but all indications are good (remember that as of 1/07/2016 I only have 18 hrs back in operation). All service department personnel were professional, personable and helpful. I wish to mention and thank Joshua Lowery as my service adviser who handled my warranty repair. This is the second business vehicle I have purchased from Five Star. Being local and the previous service experiences were the deciding factors in purchasing this vehicle (2015 F350). More
