Since we had business in North Richland Hills, I thought we should see what 5 Star had to offer. What huge difference. In spite of having to deal with computer glitches and inventory issues, Doreen was ready to help any way possible and really went the extra mile to ensure we received exactly what we were looking to purchase. When the "other dealership" insisted they couldn’t find anything within a 100 miles, Doreen found exactly what we were wanting within 20 miles and sent someone to pick it up straight away. We since discovered that the vehicle we wanted was in the process of selling to someone else after already being promised to us--Doreen stepped up to the plate, secured our purchase and saved the day. 5 stars mean 5 stars! I came in for an autobutler application and oil change. Brandon even went out of his way to have my spare checked as I recently had a scare and had never taken it out in the 3 yrs I've owned my vehicle. This was the fastest turn around time for an application and oil change I've ever had. My only issue for not giving a 5 Star rating was the 15 min I had to wait this morning for someone to acknowledge I had driven up. More
