Our salesman Chad in the Internet department was nice enough to inspect the entire car when I called in and sen We purchased a 2008 Tahoe for my son. Our salesman Chad in the Internet department was nice enough to inspect the entire car when I called in and send up multiple pictures with a true depiction of the vehicle. It was exactly as described. Once we arrived to look at the car Chad had it ready and waiting and showed up all the features we had discussed. We took it for a test drive and were impressed. There was some minor hail damage that the dealer was kind enough to make a monetary discount to cover that, and the entire process from start to finish was unusually (more that most dealers I have worked with) friendly-ever one smiles and asks how you are doing. Only had the car a day or so, and I am looking for a great performance for my sons car. I am sure Chad will assist if there are any issues. I had some specific questions that he was able to answer to help make my daily association with SYNC very positive. When he learned that I was receiving a new I Phone within the next day or so, he was also able to update some software to make the synchronization to the new phone much easier and efficient. He spent well over an hour with me which I Greatly appreciated since I drive a long distance from my home to get to 5 Star Ford. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to get a new or used car or truck. More
